Continuing along Via Sant' Antonio one reaches the former Convento di Sant'Antonio, built in 1607, as attested on a tablet attached to the facade of the church. The Convento (monastery) once belonged to the Friars of the I Franciscan Third Order who took possession of it in 1612 due of the intervention of Bishop Crescenzi. Their emblem appears in the portal of the church. The building, restored in 1990, hosts an elementary school. The church (inquire at the school for visits) has one nave with three chapels on each side. The paintings above the altars have been relocated. On the presbytery arch are the frescoes by Cesare Sermei, Trinity and Stories of St. Anthony of Padua.
